if you are buying cc then don,t because no one will provide you good cc ( pro level carders always cashout the cc ) for example if you have a credit card with balance of 5000$ then will you cash it out for yourself or card something OR you will sale it for 20$ ?

yes your 100% right , but for other tools or if we buy 20$ card maybe we get 80 - 90 $ its better for practice , like for beginners , is that good ?
